My Wife and I purchased this product about a year ago and are having problems with it. Started out it got consistanly slower and slower everytime we used it and now has completely stopped working altogether! I don't know if it is the battery(s) or the Battery charger or both and I have called the company and email the company several times and have got no response. I don't know what else to do. We paid over a Hundred dollars for this thing and now it sits on our countertop taking up space because it does'nt work. I just want my money back or the product replaced.

my husband bought the sonic blade for me for christmas 2 years ago and i have not been able to use it for a year now. It does not charge any more and i can not get intouch with the company. Please help!
