The food was extremely bad it was cold as if it's been sitting there for hours nothing tastes freshly cooked. I live literally two blocks from Sonic's sometimes in the evening I go there for a meal it seems as if it had gotten worse today after spending $16 plus leaving a $4 tip this is by far the worst I've had so far.
Sonic's double burger with bacon Not only was the sandwich cold the bacon was burnt to a crisp.
The Tater toters taste as if you were chewing on sandpaper not only were they cold but they were hard as if they've been there all day. Even the flavor of the shake was wrong although that was the best of all the items.

It would be nice if they would answer the phone, or clean up their inbox so that someone could at least leave a message. All you get is this email box if full and no one ever answers the phone at sonic.
I will look in my drinks before I leave the store from now on. Its ridiculous that you cant even talk to someone or leave a message!!

I went to the Aurora Missouri Sonic and I ordered it buy one get one free crispy chicken sandwich a small chili cheese tots a medium onion ring and a grilled cheese sandwich well when I got home I quickly realized that this food did not seem fresh at all so I called back up to the Aurora Missouri Sonic and asked if I brought in my receipt would they please replace my order because it wasn't fresh I was told yes so I went back up there and went to the drive-thru spoke to the manager that I talked to and they handed me out several bags and I left please for the moment but when I got home what was in the bag was atrocious there was a large smashed up onion ring a kids size tater tot a hamburger that I did not even order and it was cold and about 22 ranches I was so appalled because even when I was up at the drive-thru the manager on duty told me that I was costing her a lot of money to have this order replaced I do not think I will ever return to the Aurora Missouri Sonic I felt as if I was treated like a joke all I wanted was a fresh hot lunch and what I got back was like dumpster diving I've never been treated like this before at a fast food restaurant they just took the cake the Aurora Missouri Sonic has the worst customer service it is epic

Resolved: My app is locked up
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Sonic suggested that I just delete the App and Redownload the App which I did and all is well.
On Oct 18, 2023 I ate at one of the Sonics on Chase Oaks in Plano, Texas. I used my Sonic App.
Since then I have tried to use my SONIC APP several times and I couldnt get it to work.
I noticed this past week that my app is still appearing with my order at that location.
I do remember that my card which I paid with had to be taken inside of your establishment because it wouldnt take it on the payment slot. I dont know if this has anything to do with my problem. I was at Stall 15.
I first thought it was my phone doing something crazy so I turned it off for a few minutes.
However, when I turned it back on, I was still locked up with my app in Plano, Texas.
Im a fan of Sonic and eat at many of your locations and not being able to use the App is frustrating. I hope you can resolve my App problem.
Since I am a senior citizen I love discounts because I can eat out more often.
I really miss not getting to use it for All Day Happy Hour.

Pulled in on 12-9-23 between 8:40 and 9;00 pm set there for a while and no one ever ask for our order. I went and knocked on the door to see if they were open, a lady came to the door and said yes we are open but the machine you are parked at is broken and so is the one next to it.
Several people were inside talking on their cells etc and no one bothered to tell us the machine was broken and there were no out of order signs. We moved and pushed the red button again and ask for milkshakes and that machine was also broken. Very poor service very unprofessional. No one seemed to care that we were sitting at a broke machine and I guess no one intended to come out and tell us.
We love sonic but I am very disappointed. Thank you
